12 February 2020 - IGNITE CHILDREN'S CONFERENCE UPDATE / REMINDER        

Theme Songs for the year will be released during the IGNITE CHILDREN’S CONFERENCE at Bautama next month from the 25th to the 29th March 2020.

Registered Church Leaders for the Ignite program will learn the two songs at BAUTAMA and teach the Children in their various churches to sing the song for the Kid’s Evangelism Program in May 1st to the 16th

Finally, the Children Ministry has paid $500.00 for both songs therefore churches will support the Children Ministry to continue to provide specific songs with lyrics relevant for children’s program so there will be a fee involved in getting the Music tracks, Music Sheet and the Song itself. The proceeds of this will support the Children Ministry to continue to provide resources for empowerment programs. 

Those wishing to have the songs and tracks will provide a flash drive during the Ignite Program at Bautama.

Here are a brief summary of what each attachment is all about. (You can download below) 
 
1.      CIRCULAR FOR CM April 10 – Includes information that was discussed in the Children’s Ministry Meeting today.
2.      Children Ministry Standard Report Form – Quarter 1 2019 Report Form for the Children Ministry Leader in the Local church to fill and returned to the office.
3.      Children’s Ministry Bio Data Form – A Bio Data Form for the Children Ministry Leader to fill in information from the Local church for the Children. This form must be brought to the office on the 31st of May 2019.
4.      Children Ministry Monitoring and Evaluation form. This is a 5 year Report on the progress of Children Ministry in the Conference. The Leader must look through the Challenges faced in the local church so that they are able to support the Ministry for the next 5 Years.
5.      SPD resources – Children Ministries Resources which can be ordered by the Local church to support the work of the Children Ministry in the Local church.
6.      Children Ministry Resource Book 2019. This Resource Book has detailed programs for the Children’s itinerary for 2019.

CPC CM LEADERSHIP CONVENTION UPDATES

Good afternoon, 

Find attached above are information for the delegates from our Local churches who have registered to attend the Children Ministry Convention in Rabaul in December. 

Air Niugini has issued 40 tickets for the 40 passengers who have paid part of the air fare however those delegates who are yet to complete the K89.00 must pay before the 27th of September otherwise they will pay another penalty fee on top of the K89.00. 

By next week another 20 passengers who have completed their airfares will be issued tickets too.
